I am an intercultural coach, helping migrants/expats/refugees cope with the insecurities of a life in a host country. I am also a leadership coach and facilitator. I am a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, (MBSR) instructor/teacher. I am a student of Cloe Madanes RMT institute of coaching.I have worked with displaced children between 7-8-18 y of age. I do Trauma informed Mindfulness training.
